I chose this place because of the great reviews. But they messed up 3 out of 4 windows they worked on. It's not the closest drive so im gonna find a more local shop. im disappointed and will have to spend more money to correct it. Found bad air bubbles and a hair inside the cured tint. Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware. read more

went in for an appointment to have my tint removed. Work was timely and quality however, was quoted one price and charged almost double. Made it clear I wanted tint removed from all windows. the quote was $170-a 10% veteran's discount. When I arrive I was told it would be $315. the original quote was only for the front windows. Happy with my tint and the price. Looks great. Got the ceramic and I have been consistently impressed with how cool my truck is in the middle of summer now. Wish I did this years ago. They did a nice job cleaning before installing the tint (sort of like painting, prep is important). Pretty funny crew, had a couple laughs while the work was getting done. Seems like they can get a little busy and it is just a few people, so be patient on the phone. I would take any future vehicles there. All the positive reviews are correct, so I'm glad to add my own. Took my convertible in to have the windows tinted. Moe took his time explaining the different tint shades and film types, as well as explaining how the film cutting machine works to make the exact pattern required for my car. The installation was quick and well executed, and they made sure to clean up any drips to leave a clean interior. The price quoted as an estimate was the price charged, with the exception of the windshield strip which I opted to have installed per Moe's recommendation. Dropped off my truck for tint. Upon pickup, price was increased by 40% because they removed and re-tinted a window that was not even supposed to be touched. Staff blamed it on a "miscommunication" and hit the customer with the bill. They should have called me prior to doing any work that would increase the price that much. I have recommended this place to many friends/family but never again. 2 stars because the tint is decent quality. read more

They did an excellent job on our Jeep Cherokee. We were in an out in about 70 minutes and the job was beautiful. If you pay in cash, they will waive the tax...didn't know this going in but will take note of this for the future. . Can't put your windows down for 3 days after the job, to make sure windows are completely in place, but they will tape them for you so you remember. The guys what worked on the vehicle were pretty friendly and they have a nice waiting area in the shop where you can sit and wait. The only thing that was kind of unexpected, is they only have 4 shades to pick from. I forget all the percentages, but one is extremely dark, like for a limousine, the next shade lighter is the one we got, then there is one that we felt was too light, and the 4th shade is barely noticeable. More tinting options would be the only thing that can improve this place. read more

It has become my personal tradition that I get my windows tinted the day after I lease a new car. My new Honda was no different. Smokin' Moes is by no means fancy, it is essentially just a garage, I will take the great price that they seem to be able to pass on to their customers over "fancy" any day though. I was impressed to see that they had a machine that scored the film perfectly by just typing the year, make and model of my vehicle. I have never seen this before, it looks like a giant printer,. The roll of film (20% opacity in my case) passes through and then comes out fully scored and they peel out pre cut shapes for each of the windows. They subscribe to a service and download the dimensions for the windows on new vehicles as they come on the market. (I was curious so I asked, I then pass my findings on to you :-). The only down side was they "customer waiting area" was a VERY hot little room, I couldn't deal with the heat, so I just kind of meandered around. They don't seem to be uptight at all about where you actually sit/stand as long as you're not there way I would assume. It was also a particularly hot day and they made sure to have plenary of cold water on hand so the discomfort was understandable. This was because they are just a garage (with a desk/office area and Motorsports/hangout vibe) so I was not expecting any A/C related frills. Check this place out for super fast same day (pretty much walk-in) service. The quality of the work is excellent! I would say this is because of the machine that cuts the tint as well as many years of experience by the guy who actually does the work. read more

Hubby had tint installed on his BMW yesterday and the guys over at Smokin Moes did a great job. They just recently moved to a new shop which is much bigger and cleaner than before. They worked efficiently and got him done in a little over an hour. Very entertaining bunch of fellows as well. He went with the Huper Optik 35% ceramic tint because it blocks out the Suns rays and it looks great on the car. Smokin Moe's was definitely the best price around for this quality of tint film. Would recommend them for sure! The only issue is that where the glass has the black dots towards the top, the film doesn't adhere to very well. Moe sanded this area of the glass down and got it as good as he could and even warned us ahead of time that this would be a problem spot. read more
