I wanted to add more comments after I have moved in a new house in Georgia. My husband and I missed Bob a lot and wished to work with him to find a house here. Our realtor here was extremely kind and nice but we missed Bob. Our new house looks great but the deep inside (HVAC, deck, function room, plumbing, etc.) of the house is very very disappointing. It was our fault that we did not see this house in detail nor pay attention on the inspection report. We were spoiled by Bob. Bob told us very critical opinion about each house we were looking at (Denver). Great looking house but foundational damaged. Great school district but not ideal environmental conditions (potential noise, projected construction, etc.). I did not know how hard to find a house to buy is.
