When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. The truck arrived as promised, and the guys got our tent up and tables delivered promptly and carefully---the linen tablecloths arrived already pressed and on hangers with plastic covers. Pickup here in this pretty tight lot was very quick and efficient!…read more There's enough space here for a few cars and their semi truck that backs up to the loading dock to pick up and drop off shipments of linens. I got there and rang the bell and they waved me to the loading dock to pick up my boxes. I had three very heavy boxes of linens (each box had between 50 and 75 chair covers). I trusted everything was correct in them because it'd be too hard to open up the bags and count each cover. I was given a little hand cart, loaded them up, and was on my way. Little did I know as well, that we were given a separate bag in one of the boxes of extra chair covers, so that was pretty cool. The return date for them was the next day. In the box, we had instructions of how the covers needed to be packed up and returned. Our wedding was on a Saturday, we tore down on Sunday, and had to return them on Monday. I know people get upset about needing to return things the next business day, but that's how it is because these companies need their stuff back to clean and reuse. We arrived back to this location late in the day on Monday, dropped off the three boxes, and were on our way. I'm sure they counted later on, but we didn't have any missing and were given no additional charges. Loved the experience renting linens from here from the very beginning to the very end! Thanks again for aiding in making our wedding wonderful!
