I called Mr. Holt 2 weeks ago telling him I was looking for a house to rent in Dayton because my family and I are moving from AZ. When we spoke I told him what I was looking for and he said it wouldn't be a problem and that he'd start sending me listings in a few days. A few days went by and I got nothing so I emailed him an he gave me a sad story as to why I haven't gotten any listings but rest assure I should receive them soon, another week went by and still nothing so I called his office and explained what happened and they said they would let him know my concerns and he'd get back to me. I used Mr Holt as a property manager a few years ago when he was with Prudential Residenz. I think he is now with Berkshire Hathaway Realtors. Mr Holt deserves negative stars if that were possible. He cost me $10,000 to manage a property and ended up causing me to lose the money and the property. He is very dishonest and deceitful. Just wanted to warn anyone else to look elsewhere. read more
