The kind of fast they put on disclaimers to say it doesn't happen to normal people. She is kind and direct. She throughly explained everything and doesn't make you feel dumb. Which is great because not everyone knows all the stuff about buying and selling houses. She's excellent about staying in contact. Always available, on top of the action. She made us feel important. The house we sold isn't one of those billion dollar listings. It seems some real estate folks specialize in that. She doesn't but I gather she can do those, too. Side note on adorableness: if you have a kid, she sometimes prints a copy of what you're signing so the kid can sign, too. Because we all want to feel included!
