Rude from first text message. Impatient about getting model number…read more Told me the washer wasn't leaking when he can see the towels used to soak up water. Blamed me for all problems. None were his responsibility. I paid $130 for him to pull my washer out and use MY extension chord to another outlet. Every issue I had - he said was user error in a rude way. I own and operate a service business. I will be using his over all demeanor as an illustration of how NOT to treat our customers who just need help.
