Unlike Best Buy, Lowes or Home Depot, the receipts are an arcane dot-matrix 3-part form, (impossible to read) and there is no delivery or installation. Called back and the manager answered again and instead of recognizing the need for the safety device, he was dismissive, and codesigning. The manager brought the anti tip bracket and was rude about it. I buy local when I can but will never buy from them again.

He explained each model and provided the advantages and disadvantages of each model. I purchased the model I liked and it was scheduled for delivery the next business day. The next day the delivery person called to schedule delivery and installation. He (Mark?) was very professional and picked up our old washer/dryer and did a great job with installation. So I drove to there location and was still on hold when I walked in the door I let them know I was still on hold and he rudely responded to me no you hung up on me. The pump finally went out and I called Sinclair's for a recommendation for a repairman, and they provided me with David's number. Nicest guy you could ever meet, and he charges a $40 service charge. He will be replacing the pump this Friday ($106 for the part), and I will have a reliable washing machine, built when products were meant to last, that will serve me well for many more years.

DIRECT appliance was the first ones that actually had a person answer the phone not call me back. They had a opening. The next day came out fixed the refrigerator and charged a reasonable rate. We live south east of Amarillo so it was a hike for them to come Later in the year the freezer went out. I would have replaced everything, but they are an odd size and no longer manufactured.
