Which is understandable. Then $182 for a 9 mile tow. That's $20 a mile. Plus $200 for after hours tow. Its a 24/7 business. How u gonna charge after hours? Especially when i didnt request the tow. And then $100 for a "gate fee" plus they charge $100 a day for storage. I called around everyone else would have charged me $350 with a $30 per day storage fee. What a joke. ​

It turned out to be faulty cables, which was a much cheaper fix than what we expected. He could have taken advantage of us and charged us for a new alternator, but instead they found the actual problem and a reasonable solution.
