My husband and I were incredibly satisfied and impressed by Raleigh Inspection. Jonathan was thorough, efficient and trustworthy. We did a general inspection, radon test, and termite inspection. As first time home buyers, we valued his expertise on a 1980's home we are closing on, which presented some major issues he quickly assessed, all of which we completely overlooked despite walking through the property multiple times. Highly reccomend! 1.) Speedy turn around time on our final report which came as an easy PDF that included detailed descriptions of needed repairs along with photos. All major and minor concerns on the property were clearly communicated and labeled, which provided us with the information needed to negotiate repairs and concessions with the sellers. 2.) Show up for the last 15-20 minutes minimum so he can discuss major issues with you. As first time home buyers, we felt the need to stay the entire time and were tempted to helicopter over his shoulders every step of the way. He kindly communicated his need for space to focus solely on the house but was happy to include us in his assessment of the particular areas we had concerns about.
