So my husband and I decided we wanted to buy a house around December 2017 and we saw a few reviews on Yelp and decided t go check it out. [I don't even know where to begin. The trolley tour lottery doesn't even involve a real trolley. The "Maryland Grand Slam for Baltimore City" is now called the "Baltimore City Special" (I think). Neighborhood Housing Services provides bad information inconsistent with Maryland state laws.
