    I was incredibly disappointed in Greg Dallaire and his agent - Leo Garcia…read more The agent helped a buyer purchase a Condo in a community where no dogs over 8 pounds were allowed. Mr. Garcia was fully aware of that AND coming Bylaws changes that would include "no dogs." (Per a phone conversation with me prior to close) Mr. Garcia also indicated that the buyers could just get the dog designated as an ESA to get around the Association's pending "no dogs" Bylaws change. The buyers purchased the condo and subsequently brought their 20 lb+ dog to live with them. Now the Condo Association has to impose consequences to get the buyers to remove their beloved pet dog - which no one wants to do. The buyers should have been advised to not buy the condo when they learned there were no dogs allowed. On top of that, Mr. Garcia never advised the buyers (who have only lived in the U.S. for 3 years) that they needed to put the WPS bill into their names. So they had their electricity shut off on them during dinner one night! When Mr. Dallaire was made aware of these issues, instead of taking responsibility or offering to help resolve this issue at all, he blamed the Association (me) for not publicly registering a bylaws change and the listing agent for not giving them the correct disclosures. Which doesn't make sense because if Mr. Garcia didn't know about the dog potentially being an issue, why would he have asked me about it in a phone conversation? At the end of the day, I understand that Mr. Garcia was retained to help the buyers purchase a home and if they instructed him to do that IN SPITE of the "no dogs" issue that he was probably obligated to do so. What frustrates me most is the blaming of other parties instead of taking responsibility for his own agent's incompetence. I would not want to work with Mr. Garcia or Mr. Dallaire after this as they either don't know what they are doing or do not care to properly advise and care for their clients.

Jordan lied the whole way through. said he…read morelisted the property on a site that I requested and never did. each time I asked Jordan about not being able to see the listing, Jordan assured me that it was listed but I was not able to view it as I didn't have an account. Jordan screwed up the contract and when confronted about it saying industrial property vs commercial property, Jordan said there was not any difference in the two. when finally calling the search engine and finding out our property was never listed and never requested to be listed I confronted Jordan and Jordan cancelled my contract. saying my idea of selling commercial property and his were different. Jordan's ideas were listing the property in the Green Bay newspaper and waiting for someone to come to him. he lied, covered up and cheated me out of a sale. when asking Mark the owner about all this, Mark yelled at me like i was a child and told me good luck in the future. this is a terrible company with low ethics realtors.

She spends a lot of her personal time investing in real estate and searching for good deals, so you know she is doing what she is passionate about. She also spends her spare time looking on her own for houses for her clients (including visiting them first). When you ask her about houses in certain areas, she will quickly know the good deals and the houses that are listed too high. She watches houses and constantly knows the status. Most importantly, she easily understands what we are looking for in a house (and we are not easy clients) and only presents houses that she knows we will like. As my agent and I inquired frequently to try to resolve the issue, I ended up having to hire an attorney and threaten the sellers with legal action. 5 months later, I find the sellers were advised by Diane to just ignore our requests and it was sure to go away. Thankfully the seller I eventually was able to connect with was reasonable and paid me for the repairs. Diane should have advised the sellers to fix what was agreed upon the moment it was brought to their attention. She earned a pretty nice commission off the sale of this property and did nothing to earn it in our eyes. Would you trust her to sell or purchase a new house?
