That the measurements perhaps were not correct. 2) That Wulf Bros. are no longer going to do custom fireplace door installations. Well, well. We have been PATIENTLY waiting since January (1/25/21 was when the order was placed with Stoll. We were told that it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. It is now Mid May.). There have been 3 individuals in your fireplace section that we have had to work with who subsequently left. The last two had to play catch up from the previous person. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse and now Wulf Bros. are bailing on us? We are now left to start all over again. Being a business owner myself, this is clearly not the way to provide quality customer service! And good customer service is what drives customers through the doors. Needless to say we are very disappointed that after nearly 5 months this is what we are left with.

They gave us suggestions for someone to check out our chimney to make sure it was safe. (That company was great! Knowledgeable, helpful and inexpensive!) They gave us suggestions for a company to install the gas line to the fireplace. (The plumber came by quickly, gave us a free estimate, then returned when we had our equipment to install everything. Knew what he was doing, did good work and charged exactly what he estimated!) When the equipment we ordered arrived, it was just what we wanted. After the installation, the whole set-up works just as we expected and it looks great! We love the company and will do business with them again!

Jordan and Peter isolated the area and not only removed the glue but didn't create any dust outside of their "tent". They were super mindful of dust. When they were finished they cleaned up so well that we didn't have to do anything other than rearrange our furniture. Thanks again guys.
