My experience is a nightmare with them. I signed up for insurance in March to be effective 3-4 weeks later. They wanted a refund of my homeowners insurance, but I was told someone there didn't know what to do with it (supposed to be homeowners) so they applied it to my auto. THEN told the quote was wrong because I needed to prove 5 years of insurance, which I had. It was never referenced as received but my previous agent said they sent it, but rather sent me an email telling me, good news. We're making the automobile policy changes you requested". Assuming the premium went back down after their verification of previous insurance. Thank goodness I checked the paperwork only to find it was still the $37.00 more than they quoted. Parsons is all about sending you information about products you do not need. You would think he would send you information about the homeowners discount for retired senior citizens. He did not which cost me hundreds of dollars. When I asked to speak to the big kahuna Parsons himself he did not return my call. I asked the representative why and she said he never returns calls like these. I guess he is too big to talk to us little people. Looking for a new agent. read more

I have had insurance for 40 years with Allstate. I found out since my name is not on the title to my daughters cars, the car is not covered. No one notified us of this and they have had cars insured on my policy for many years. How many others have this same issue and were not told of this glitch. read more

If I could go lower then this I would. In the past 3 years my insurance has gone up 50 dollars. I switched to a higher deductible, $1000, in order to get it lowered. It just went up again to $161.00 a month. I haven't had a ticket, wreck in ten years, and they can't explain. All they want me to do is sign up for e-billing, which I did on my renewal date and now they are telling me I had to sign up before my renewal date in order for it to go in effect. I have never even talked to my agent "Bob Parsons", and not sure if he even exists. Everything they do, they say it comes from the national database. The only people I have talked to there are administrative and are of zero help! I'm not sure what their job is. I would never suggest this agent unless you feeling like getting SCREWED! read more

I had an issue with my policy and I pay my policy in advance like I always do. Because I switched from Nevada to Kentucky and didn't pay the day of the change, which I didn't know I had to do, all I wanted was to have proof of insurance to get my car switched to Kentucky plates. The dmv of course needs that paper stating that I had proof of insurance and it had to say Kentucky. Took me over an hour to get my policy switched but it got done. Days later I paid my policy for the early pay discount, then afterwards I get a bill for $66.00 still owed and it had to be paid before the 16th or my policy would be canceled. I emailed them because it was the weekend and they called me back Monday morning. They went to bat for me and found out that I indeed had to pay that day but they didn't know that clause until I inquired about it. Lesson learned for all but yesterday I got another call that I Don't Owe any more money on my policy. Thank you for fighting for me, I am so appreciative - you are the best! read more
