WCE store front is like a messy garage but the service is world class. While I was there I ended up booking WCE for the cleanout of my mothers home. 1-800-got junk had quoted me $500/truck load, WCE team ended up doing the job and even broom cleaned the home for well under that quote. I recently moved to the area. My experience at this store was poor. Once or twice a year, I go to…read morestamp stores to buy stamps for my son's collection. I went looking for mint US stamps to add to his small collection. I dealt with the owner who brought out three small books which had stamps from the 1940s and 50s as I had requested. I went through the first book and picked out two stamps which my son had not checked off as having in his Bookman Pricelist book- indicating to me he did not yet have these stamps. I only picked out two stamps which he priced at 4-5X face value. I wanted to continue looking through the other books, but when it told him I was only looking for stamps in the 20 cent to 35 cent range. I told him (in a matter of fact manner) that I saw other 1940 mint US stamps at 2x face value and the 1940s 2 cent 'red' mint stamps selling for 10 cents each- I asked him if that was possible. He then told me to go buy the stamps at the other store and he wouldn't let me go through the other books to see what I could find that my son needed. I thought the this experience was one of very poor customer service. He basically did not seem interested in giving me time to buy only about $20 in stamps. There were no other customers in the store and the store had over 3 hours to the store closing time, Go figure.
