I haven't had a problem. They are always helpful with any questions I may have. I've always been treated fairly. They were handling a policy for my brother's estate. He passed in July of 2019. They "neglected"…read moreto send me an invoice, where I would have had an opportunity to cancel, until the policy auto renewed and was into the first quarter of the "renewed" policy. My estate lawyer was able to get the amount reduced, but I still had to pay $230 that I should not have had to pay. This was either deceptive or a mistake. If it was a mistake, they should assume responsibility; they did NOT.
