After living in it for 26+ years (with twin boys, a daughter, and a dog), it was a challenge for them to get the entire place ready for showings. Kelsey accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion! Quite a few spots in the house required some extra-special attention, and her work was thorough. She was very quick to reply to our initial request and kept the lines of communication open throughout the job, as we both had to adjust our schedules several times throughout the week. Along with being very professional, she was very personable and made me feel like she cared about doing a good job for us, personally.
