I sent an email to Hour Glass to find out the cost to make new ones, and Dan replied promptly with an estimate. The cabinet in question is a corner cabinet, and the shelves are very odd shaped - six sides in total, almost a gem shape. I went down to Hour Glass with the most intact pieces of the broken shelves so they could try to recreate the exact dimensions, but the entire back side was too far gone - they were going to have to attempt to guess the length of the back sides based on the information I could give them. I picked up my new shelves yesterday and was thrilled that they fit -- and they look great. At all times, everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs any custom glasswork done.

Three days later I had to kick them off my property after realizing they literally had no clue what they were doing. I paid $1000 plus bought all materials including a sanding block, should have been a huge red flag that a professional contractor didn't even have something to sand with, his other company is a drywall company. Everything they touched they either broke or left in worst condition than found. On top of what I gave them and the need to pay a "real contractor" to come in and redo/fix their shoddy "work" I also had to pay for things they broke while they were attempting to do the work they said they could do. NO refund or compensation was offered even after admitting to not doing anything properly. The pictures do not even show all the damage they left behind. A complete and total mess that I had to continue to ask the workers to clean up after themselves. All in I was quoted $1500 and will end up paying almost $4000!!! Very expensive life lesson

Installed series 4000 windows August 2023. WW used a subcontractor for installation. Rushed…read moreinstallation, during the use of spray foam guns two of them "exploded" spewing foam over the siding. We removed some of the foam before it set. On the back side of the house it was extensive, impossible for us to remove it from the vinyl siding as we had not noticed it until an hour later as we were busy cleaning up after the install crew departed. After we cleaned the yard we noticed one window was not finished! The aluminum cladding was missing. Called WW and they gave me the cell for the install crew. They came back to finish but said we had to contact WW for the foam removal. It took one week shy of one year of calls and emails to have 4 rows of vinyl siding replaced. Service after the sale? Severely lacking. Finally, don't fall for the 7 windows for half what the competition charges. Phooey!

Dealing mostly with Matt Sullivan, we had excellent service. Matt answered all the questions we had quickly, and was great to work with. The estimate we recieved was detailed, and right in the ballpark as some others we had gotten. We were comfortable enough that we decided to enlarge the scope of the original project, and even got some money BACK at the end, due to the project coming in UNDER the estimate. The job was completed right on time, and the roofing crew was very friendly, and even answered further questions. Oceanside Exteriors is going to get all of our future work, from roofing to painting.

Summer came and went; fall came and went; I got a few phone calls alerting me of a few delays. No big deal-there still seemed to be enough warm days and clear skies ahead. I didn't hear from them again til mid January, 2018. During this span of time new leaks have emerged and I am back to square one and now facing probably an even more expensive repair. Disappointing and frustrating.
