I first received an invoice at an outrageous amount for them…read moresimply changing 4 outlets that took about an hour, which I had to supply and install my own covers for the outdoor ones as well. Communication was slow in attempt to correct the invoice amount and I requested to see the breakdown of the charges on the bill. Once I received a second corrected invoice it was still high and again did not provide a breakdown of charges (eg. labor and parts charged). I then gave up and paid the outstanding bill as I did not want any repercussions from the unrealistic due date on the invoice. To my surprise a week later Mike contacted me via telephone regarding the bill and advises they again will correct the invoice and credit an hour labor back ($180). A week went by and I received nothing from what I discussed with Mike. I then emailed inquiring about the phone conversation.. but never heard a response. It's now weeks later and I have not received any contact. Not impressed. Will be advising everyone I know and work with to steer clear of YQG. This is not how you do business. To leave a polite customer hanging.

Mark is one of the most unprofessional person I have even met in my life. He came to inspect a panel at my rental unit a few weeks back and told me I need to upgrade it immediately and I/ my tenant is in imminent danger if we don't do so. Mark asked us 2250 CAD for the work. After that he didn't return my calls, no response to my messages for 5 straight days. He later has barged into my property to work on it without my permission, I asked him to leave my property immediately, he left and threatened to send me an invoice of 200 CAD as inspection fees. I called another company and got the work done for 500, they were able to use my exesting panel all they did was clean up the wires going to it and arrange them in an orderly manner. They send pictures as proof to let me know me and my tenant were not in danger and this is only if I wish to go ahead I can do the recommended activity and I was being scammed by Mark. This person has fake reviews online by himself (Mark) promoting his company. I don't usually write reviews but I want to warm the world about this crook (Mark). Sincere request don't do business with such people, save your money and time I will be reporting this crook to Ontario board that looks into electric/electricians for giving me false information to gain my business

The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.
