Over the years, we've had Saturn Electric come out to do a variety of tasks from installing new light fixtures to upgrading outdated outlets. They've always been affordable, professional and efficient in their services. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house. read more

I rarely put in non restaurant reviews but since Saturn installed my oven I guess it's close enough. As others I'm nervous with service calls of any kind. Particularly when using them for the first time. Well Saturn was out of this world and runs rings around all other electricians. I was shocked! Larry was on time polite to a fault and was in and out in an afternoon. Fantastic. For a second call at my rental I got Denny. Equally great. I'd highly recommend Saturn for any electrical job For the best in town it's Saturn, all others are Uranus! (Come on I had to)! read more

They did a nice job restoring our kitchen electrical needs after having our entire kitchen torn apart from water damage. My elderly Mom who has eyesight issues had two fixtures from the 70's in her home that needed to be replaced as the lights were not working any longer and she was afraid of falling. Called Saturn Electric and they were able to get someone out there within a reasonable time frame due to the issue with my Mom being elderly. Great customer service by the Office Manager Debbie in setting up the service and also Bob the electrician. Everything was explained up front including the cost and he was able to get the job done very efficiently due to his knowledge. Reasonably priced as well and very respectful of my Mom's home, wearing foot covers over his boots and placing a tarp on the floor while working. Highly recommend and will use again and recommend to family and friends. read more

Something you should know about me is that I'm naturally distrustful of contractors. There is the constant fear of shoddy work, getting ripped off, poor communication, not showing up, or just straight rudeness (all of which I've experienced in the past). My innards just bristle thinking about my next contractor experience. It all started when I began plugging in my car, a refrigerator, and several batteries for yard equipment into the same outlet in my garage. It will come as no surprise that my charging nest repeatedly overloaded the circuit. Tired of constantly babysitting and rotating these items to charge, I finally called Saturn on a whim when I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood. In a stroke of good luck, the dispatcher said that some technicians would be available that afternoon (even after she had scheduled me for a Tuesday quote). I was initially disappointed to learn that there was a minimum $60 service fee just for coming out, but in the end, it would be rolled into the whole bill. Soon after, two technicians arrived and were very polite and forthcoming about solutions after I explained my issue. After three hours work, they had installed two new outlets in my garage with dedicated circuits, and as a bonus, replaced the existing one for free! I was happy to see these techs had no issue staying a bit later into the evening to ensure everything was working. $420 and three months later, I've had no electrical issues in my garage and love the fact that I'll never worry about overloading the circuits again. That peace of mind alone is worth the price. At least for electrical work, Saturn eased that contractor friction and will definitely by my #1 choice next time. read more

This company is great. My 90 yr old mother needed an estimate and repair for her new dishwasher. They did not think they could come for 5 or 6 days, they squeezed us in after 2 days. Larry came, did a great job with the installation and was courteous, details and safe during COVID (all masked up). Highly recommend them!! read more

We ordered a wall oven that needed to be installed. Saturn Electric was very responsive and said they could have someone available within a day or two. When Denny and Larry arrived, they were professional and also wore booties while they worked inside. This was much appreciated to keep wood floor/carpet clean, especially with recent snow. They stayed longer than expected because some adjustments were needed to get the wall oven at the right level. They used materials from their truck, and although not the standard way to install, they assured me it would be safe and would come back if there were any issues. As I recall, they said Saturn Electric warrants work for one year. Since the install, we have used the ovens a few times and everything seems to be working. I would recommend Saturn Electric. They care about customer service and the technicians are friendly. read more
