The outsourced Fraud Detection service that Southpoint uses is incredibly bad. We tried to respond…read moreto a fraud call that was suspicious, so called Southpoint and hit 1 for fraud detection. The foreign respondent asked for identification at least 3 times, and after getting a lot of information refused to answer any questions until we provided even more information. After about 5 minutes we hung up without learning anything. So we called southpoint, hit 4 and spoke to an American human being who quickly solved our problem after reasonable inentification questions. Southpoint has exemplified the worst of Outsourcing. It is a huge stain on an otherwise competent organization.
