Trista also helped me with some homework for college. I need to interview a business person and then later conduct a mock interview at that business. She helped me out with this, lots of other businesses would not want to take time out to help someone with their homework. As for their insurance, they always help you find the balance that you need between coverage and affordability.

They promise you free checking accounts with $100 as a promotional offer. But they rip you off with charges if you try to leave. They have zombie tellers (good people really) but doing what they're being told to do by a corporation that has questionable ethics The Manager claims he doesn't have authority to reverse even a 7 dollar charge that seems obvious should not have been charged. I'm upset, but I also don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for the guy. I'm not sure what kind of customer service he can hope to give without even that much authority. At my other bank, the customer service reps on the phone seem to have more authority than he does. People, PLEASE don't believe that your checking account is free. Remember they don't make profits by reinvesting your money, they make it by gouging you with 'gotcha!' type fees!

The foreign respondent asked for identification at least 3 times, and after getting a lot of information refused to answer any questions until we provided even more information. After about 5 minutes we hung up without learning anything. So we called southpoint, hit 4 and spoke to an American human being who quickly solved our problem after reasonable inentification questions. Southpoint has exemplified the worst of Outsourcing. It is a huge stain on an otherwise competent organization.
