I paid the…read moreentire total upfront. 1 month before the party a church offered to donate the tables and chairs. When I called and asked about a refund I was told they had a "no refund" policy. I called other Rental places, and they said that is not normal practice, I should have received a refund less a deposit amount. However this place insisted more than once they have a "no refund" policy. They offered to exchange the amount for other party items, however I did not need any other party items. With not choice I took some other party items, however did not use them, and the Silver Server Plates, had old rusted food/dirt on them. My main question is: How can you have a "no refund" policy when I didn't receive anything?

They rented us a damaged but still working lift. We used it without incident. When we returned the lift they tried to say we damaged the lift. Thank God (literally) I'm not so dumb as to not take pictures (with a smart phone that time stamps and records the location) of any damage before I left their back lot. They were very rude even lying and saying the lift was not rented out in the condition we returned it in. I don't know if they have tried this before but if you rent from them be careful and take lots of pictures. Anything from a scratch to dents or they'll try to keep your deposit or charge your credit card. If you don't have to rent someplace else.
