The servers were also there to act as gamers for our casino games. Neither server knew how to play any casino games. But instead decided they were going to partake in the festivities of the party. This women needs to stop scamming businesses and people out of their money and needs to be reported to the better business bureau. She didn't even try to keep my business by saying it was their mistake or that they've made improvements since then. She just said "Okay I get it" and to email her to cancel it. My wedding was 3 months out so they had more than enough time to find another event for that day. I tried to get my deposit back and they declined it and added in a bunch of "additional fees". I tried calling the company multiple times but it sent me straight to voicemail so I'm assuming they blocked my number after I cancelled. Everything then was done via email, I pleaded for some of the money back and they would not budge so I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. I would really save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company, it is not worth the money you think you will save. Take my word for it. Pay a little more and go with a more reputable caterer.
