The service here sucks but it's basically the only boba place within less than a 20 min drive of where we live so that's why we come here when we want boba. The teenagers that work here have zero customer service skills and the last few times I've been here they've gotten something in my order wrong. I also have to ask for my receipt every single time which irks me because if I'm purchasing something, give me the receipt and let me decide to throw it away or not, don't ask me if I want it... I am paying for it, I deserve to see my charge without being asked if I want the receipt or not especially when I need to double check if they are getting the order correct. Anyway, if another boba place wants to compete and implement customer service that's within the holland/Zeeland area, I would be willing to support it. read more

Dragonfruit: I don't think the popping boba and tea flavor mixed well so I will have to come back and try a different Fruit Tea. Thai Tea: this one hit the spot for me it was simple and one of my favorite go-to Korn Dog: it was a little smaller than I anticipated especially if you're paying around 5 bucks for it. This is a nice boba tea shop with cute decor and friendly efficient staff. As I was looking at the menu, the cashier made a few helpful suggestions and also let me know that their smoothies were dairy free. I settled on a passion fruit smoothie with mango popping boba. The flavor was good and you could tell that they used real fruit pulp in their smoothies. The drink was a little sweet, but still very tasty. It refrigerated well and I finished it up the next day. 3 star for the drinks but 5 for the service! We got a brown sugar milk tea and coconut milk tea both with tapioca. Luckily, we were the last people to get tapioca before they ran out for the night (a little before they closed at 7:30). You can ask to adjust sweetness and ice also. The woman at the counter was soo nice, I deeply enjoyed our interaction. - The brown sugar milk tea with 80% sweetness was still tongue-curling sweet but some people might like that. The flavor was impressively strong of brown sugar. - The coconut milk tea with 50% sweetness was very very sweet too, and was a bit of a let down. It tasted sort of watery and more like artificial coconut flavoring. It was the first boba in my life that I didn't want to finish. I would go back given that it seems like the only place in Holland for boba and it's super inexpensive but I'd try some other flavors and sugar at even lower levels read more

This place recommended to me from a local. It has two of my favorite things in life, boba and banh mi. I live in Vegas and I have never seen hibiscus or blue coral flavored fruit tea before. So naturally I had to try one. I opted for the hibiscus flavor because they were out of blue coral. It was surprisingly delicious! It was too sweet or anything, it was just right. Their Banh Mi's were only $4, very reasonable price, add +$1 for extra meat, which I felt obliged to. I am a banh mi enthusiast, I've tried them in parts of AL, NOLA, LV and LA. I have never seen them come in hoagie/sandwich/baguette style sleeve. I realized now I should've taken a pic of it. But the bread was toasted and soft, it's as if they found the perfect settings for it. I find some places don't even toast the bread, or when they do, it takes some time. But this place was really fast! The ratio of meat to bread was appropriate, not too little and not too much. You were able to get a little of everything in one bite. A few other things that through me off, they had mayo on one side and the paté on the other side. I know some places do mayo only or paté only, never a hybrid. I won't say it was bad to have both, but I prefer paté only. They also put the condiments (carrot/radish blend, cilantro, and jalapeño) on the side in a baggy, I suppose its for those who either don't want it on the sandwich or want to control the amount. But I prefer it already on the sandwich, that way it'll be ready to eat vs me preparing it. But yeah, this little place won me over, I'll be back for some Banh Mi's! read more

What a cool place! There's a great vibe inside. It's young and fun. The woman that took and delivered our order was super friendly. The menu is simple- drinks with options galore and bahn mi's. I mean, what can be better? We ordered bahn mi #2 and Vietnamese iced coffees. The sandwich was probably the best bahn mi I've had in a long time. I recommend getting it toasted. The ingredients are fresh and you won't be disappointed with the layers of flavor. The iced coffees were as good as I hoped. When our drinks were delivered the woman giggled and said "you poke and have fun!". The big straws poke through the colorful plastic cover and the fun begins! They have a big screen displaying top 20 music, modern decor, great service, and delicious menu items. I loved Boba tea before moving to Holland and was disappointed in Holland's lack of Boba tea until Boba House opened. So excited to have a quality cafe focused on Bubble tea in town! The grand opening has been busy and I hope there is lots of success! The cafe has nice atmosphere with a fireplace, big TV, and USB hub charging stations at the window seating. The flavors are hit and miss. It can be super sweet one day and the have the perfect sweetness the next. Also, this is the only boba place I've been to that fills your entire cup with ice and when you ask for no ice they leave space at the top.
