It's been tough to find boba tea places in East Tennessee, let alone find really good boba tea…read more Today, I am happy to have found Panda Boba and share that it exceeded my expectations for East TN boba tea. The menu offers so much! From milk teas, slushees, foam topped teas, fruit teas to bubble waffles with Mayfield Dairy ice cream and various steam buns (I have my eyes on the custard buns for a return visit). After much consideration, we decided upon a Passion Fruit Tea with Lychee Jelly ($7.68) and a Green Jasmine Milk Foam Tea with boba ($7.68). Both drinks were incredibly delicious, sweetened just enough so you could still taste the tea flavors, which we love. My husband and I agreed that the lychee jelly topping was perhaps the best lychee jelly we've ever tasted. Something perhaps odd and small to note, but it was extremely flavorful. Most lychee jellies we encounter taste like a gelatin base perhaps soaked in lychee syrup. Panda Boba's lychee jelly actually had a rich flavor of lychee completely through the jelly. It paired so well with the passion fruit tea. Inside was spacious, cutely themed, and pretty clean. Service was efficient too. Definitely in my personal top 3 boba tea shops in East Tennessee and I'd recommend stopping by.

She arrived there a little before five and the doors were locked. We have left two voice messages asking for the manager to call us back to get her money back with no response at all. We will be showing up in person to demand her money back. This is inexcusable.

This location ruins the Tea Top name. I would hope that as being apart of the franchise, they keep…read morethe tea consistent with the other locations. However, I think this Tea Top does whatever and sources the cheapest version of every tea they can find. I tried three drinks here. 1) signature alpine green milk tea does not taste aromatic and refreshing like it is supposed to. Tastes like ordinary green tea. 2) taro milk tea uses purple taro flavoring and makes the drink too sweet, unlike the taro milk tea at other two tea top locations that use real taro. 3) oolong milk tea, once again, does not have a strong tea flavor. Tastes like all sugar even though I got 30% sugar. Oolong is supposed to be creamy and nutty or roasted but instead it just taste like sugar water. Puts the Tea Top brand to shame. Corporate needs to investigate to be honest, because I'm pretty sure they have standards for their tea but this tea top just buys cheapest third party possible. Not to mention how rude the staff was.

The parking here is a little hectic as it's beside a Publix, hair cut spot, and Buffalos restaurant. So you may have to park super far away at times as it gets filled up fast. My go to drink here is the grapefruit green tea as it's the best drink in the world. I miss the tea top that was in johns creek, as this is probably the closest one to me now. I been hitting this place up regularly weekly since it's a peaceful and beautiful drive through lake Lanier bridges to here. Staff is super friendly and I highly recommend this place if you want some bubble tea!

And being an Army brat (and Army veteran) helps. And I love the Sunrise Supermarket - I've shopped there every week or two since they opened. I buy a lot of fish at the fish counter, and never had a bad experience with their fish (of course, I know how to buy fish, and occasionally I need to speak a little Spanish, which I can). The produce section is wonderful. I wish I knew how to cook a tenth of what they sell in that store! In contrast to what several reviewers have said, I've never experienced or observed any discourtesy to anyone. Sure, there are occasional difficulties in communication, with so many nationalities represented, but that's part of the fun of it. I fairly often want a Chinese item that doesn't have a satisfactory English name, so I find the Chinese characters on the Web and print them out, and find somebody in the store who can read Chinese, and promptly am led to what I want. (I just discovered sha cha sauce that way.) Checking my shopping list now - sesame oil, some fresh squid to stir-fry and a pompano to steam, some frozen Chinese dumplings, a bottle of nước mắm, a bag of bean sprouts, a Mexican squash. And by now the 2026 Chinese calendars should be in.
