I highly recommend checking this place out they have a ton of cooking utensils and gadgets. The staff is super nice and you can try any of the oils or vinegars before you buy them. The staff will even tell you how each of the pair to make salad dressings and other things.

There were even dogs who greeted me! My husband and I needed to use the restroom, so we went to the basement where it was located. As I was walking back to find my husband, one of the employees (maybe an owner, some younger guy) was dragging one of the dogs by the collar. I noticed that the dog had made a mess in the floor. This guy scolded the dog and hit it three times. At that point, I lost all desire to spend any money in this store and we left. The guy knew I was around, too. I can only imagine how he treats that poor dog when there aren't witnesses. I hope karma finds that guy quickly.

There are all kinds of fun areas to dig into. Nearly every Visitor magazine produced, old Ba-Ke-Ia yearbooks going back to the early 1900s. Information on all the old churches including the organ from the old First Lutheran church. Downstairs much to wander through about our Native American heritage. My only suggestion: it would be nice to have some tables & chairs where you can sit down & truly delve into all the books & other items available. Remember to leave a donation. Entrance is free & anything you can offer is a huge help to keeping this Museum going.

The ladies' room appeared to be lovingly decorated in Americana. A couple at the bar told us they have homemade frozen pizzas you can take to go to bake which are very good. Something to keep in mind if the stores in town are closed. A full priced domestic beer set us back a whopping $2.75.
