I've been a customer for years and had no problems until now, not only they were over an late delivering after promising 45 mins, they were extremely rude and unprofessional and wouldn't even fix or offer any discount on next delivery. Good customer service does not exist anymore they should really get their shit together and change management and get rid of the person on the phone who takes the orders who thinks customers opinions aren't important, just totally disgusting and ungrateful people over there. Ordered a pizza. WITHOUT sauce, they had obviously put sauce but took it off, THESES are tomato skins but they said that it was from the pepperoni , my son and I are allergic to tomato's, they won't remake it or even refund me, this is the second time this has happened, They band me, this is ridiculous. Conclusion: The worst service from any pizza place we have ever ordered from in the city of Ottawa. My wife and I have given Bobbies 3 chances. Our first order was a 2 months ago, a straight up order of 2 pizzas, it should have been simple but it took 2.5 hours and 4 phone calls to get our pizza delivery, it was barely warm when we got it, but it was still very tasty. Ok we thought, let's give them another chance, maybe it was a fluke. We ordered again a week or so later and while it was a little slow compared to other deliveries it got here hot at least, so we thought ok all is good. So we Ordered a few weeks ago again... Absolute disaster. First again it took a long time to get here, then when it got here we had ordered 2 medium pizzas (one thin on thick) and ended up getting a bastardized combination of both on one pizza. We called the store with the driver standing next to us and the guys said don't worry he'd send us out our pizzas and as an apology he'd only charge us for one medium pepperoni pizza, we offered to give the pizza back to the driver he said keep it. It wasn't what we wanted or ordered so we tossed it and waited for our order to arrive. The driver shows up, after over an hour with, again, one pizza and a bill for $50. We were livid, we called back and after some heated discussion we agreed to pay 30$ (the cost for the originally ordered 2 pizzas a which we never got) for one pizza and the only reason we agreed was to get the delivery guy out of our house so we never had to order there again. The owner then calls us the next day, asks what happened, we tell him the story , he apologizes and says the next Pizza is on him and he will put a note on our account. So against my better judgement I called again tonight to redeem the free pizza, both my wife and I are sick with the flu and it sounded good. Turns out, no note on our account, no mention of a free pizza at all. The guy and the phone says "sorry nothing I can do I just work here, the owner will be in tomorrow, you can talk to him then" This is hands down the worst service of any pizza place we have ever had in Ottawa. The pizza is wonderful, the problem is, in our experience, the pizza is never on time, never hot, or never what you ordered in the first place. At this point I can't see any way this place will get my business back, I am waiting for another call from the owner but I am not holding my breath that he will actually call, if he does I'll happily post an update. So sad because if they could get their sh*t together this could be the best pizza place in the city, but unfortunately at this point, based on our experience, it is the absolute worst. read more

I used to love their steak subs but something changed. The meat was mushy and black. One was supposed to have double meat! Gross! Double the black mush! Their pizza and donairs may be good (judging by other reviews- we haven't tried them), but whatever you do, DON'T order the hot turkey sandwich. I have never seen this before: layers upon layers of deli meat turkey smothered in gravy. Well... I used to order from here all the time but recently the fries have been garbage. They top up an old batch of fries with some new ones. The last three times Iv ordered a poutine it's come half burnt half cooked. I ordered a few weeks ago and stated in the instructions not to use old fries, and my order was fine..Why do I have to ask for fresh fries when you're making food to the order. read more

Let me begin by saying that I don't write many reviews. i only writ them when I am really impressed, or really disappointed. I have been a long time customer of Bobbies (over 15 years) and have loved the quality & generous portions. That has all changed in the past little while (they have a new cook). My past 3 orders have been less than what I expected. Tonight's order was the proverbial 'straw that broke the camel's back'. I ordered the chicken burger combo with poutine instead of fries and 2 beef donairs. The order arrived & there was no poutine, just fries & gravy & the driver only had one of the donairs. I alerted the driver of the problem & was sending the order back. A few minutes later, the driver comes back & says he has 'found' the other donair. Now the only problem was the poutine. The food was getting colder by the minute. The driver says that I was not charged for the poutine & that if I pay for what he has, he will be right back with the poutine for us. I agreed, paid & tipped the driver. About 25 minutes later the driver shows up with a poutine to make up for the missed one. He also has 2 cans of pop for the trouble --BUT-- he wants to charge me $10.50 for the poutine. --------I was under the impression that the poutine was no charge for he screw-up with the order. I flat out told him that I was not going to pay for their screw-up & that he can take it all back if he thinks I am going to pay an additional $10.50. He says that he can't do it & I say that this will be our last order from Bobbies. Needless to say, they have lost my families business. read more

I have been ordering from Bobby's pizza for a long long time. I love the steak sub and they have great pizza's. What I really like is that they go that extra mile for you. I was really craving a pizza at 12:30 and everyone was closed - Bobbies picked up the phone and made it happen. Although I had to pay by cash because this would be the last delivery of the night they came through and made it happen. Great customer service and great value - loyal customer for sure. read more

Worst customer service ever, clearly wrote NO MAYO on the order using Just Eat as I do with all other orders I've done on here. The guy tried to blame me saying I didn't do it right but he clearly didn't know how the system works and was just lying out of his teeth. They ended up not replacing the BLT that had mayo on it so I had to order food from somewhere else since I wasn't going to risk my allergies for some stupid restaurant that does not know how business works. Admit your mistake and fix the problem would be what any other place would do but these people don't care about customer service. We got to our hotel late, and this was about the only place in town that was still open... Now we know why! The food was god awful! I ordered the cheese ravioli, and it was a mushy cheese covered mess. Hubby ordered the chicken wings which arrived fried in oil naked ( sauce on the side) Now I remind you we were at a hotel... No plates or silverware to be found. So when they delivered and I opened the bag I was like wheres the plate. spoon, napkin etc... I phoned the front desk and asked them to stop the guy before he left and ask him to bring them up. He never showed, I went down to the front desk and asked the attendant where the pizza guy was and he told me that he told the driver, but the driver "ignored" him. So I called the place and the guy who answered was very nice and drove all the way out himself to deliver some for us. I tipped him and told him to tell the driver he owed him 5$ American. Hope he got it! Now we can eat yea!!!! NOT! :'( Both dishes were old, and had sat under a hot light for lord only knows how long... The pasta was mush in the middle but dried and hard as rocks everywhere else. The chicken was so dried out we could not even eat it. Extremely unsatisfied. I ordered food to be delivered. And while I understand that Ottawa received a record breaking 40cm of snow fallen, waiting with no communication for 2 and 1/2 hours is ridiculous. Only to find out that they stopped delivery for 1 and 1/2 hours without notifying any of the waiting customers. Then they stopped answering the phones. The only redeeming quality of the entire experience was when the delivery man called to advise he would be 10 minutes and apologized for the wait. Normally always order from here as the pizza and steak subs are amazing. The pizza always comes perfectly cooked the toppings are always generous and never seem to be disappointed with the pizza. The steak sub beats anything u can get from subway or Quiznos. Although at times the meat can be a bit fatty. But the flavours are always amazing with the combination of the garlic sauce that they put on. The only problem is DO NOT ORDER THE APPETIZERS !!! My god I have never been more disappointed with a mix of appetizers in my life. The nachos have a disgusting corn chip instead of the usual tortilla. They for some bizarre reason put olives on it which is disgusting. Then top it all off by adding the worst ground beef imaginable. We also purchased the wings which were ok at best. They were slightly over cooked and very dry as the sauce comes on the side instead of tossed like they should be. We also got the garlic bread with cheese that was also just meh and ok. The two slices were put together leaving you to either chomp through it as a sub or attempt to separate them leaving one half to have all the cheese and one completely lacking. I would recommend trying this place for pizza and pizza alone do not expect anything else on the menu to be even edible as we didn't finish any of the appetizers we had gotten and highly were disappointed by. I probably would be leaning closer to 2.5 stars than 3 after that last experience. read more

I have been getting pizza delivered from this place for years now. The pizza is ALWAYS amazing. Lots of cheese and a good covering of toppings. The crust is always soft and delicious with some caesar dip. You even get 2 free pepsi's with a large pizza (Great for a couple). The only draw back is the rest of the food. Not that it's bad it's just that it's not overly good. Just regular subs and hamburgers that won't make your tastebuds jump. read more

There's this huge walk in sign that said 2 slice and a drink 5.99 I came in and wanted ONE SLICE, the worker said why don't you grab 2 slices and a drink. I said sure why not . When it came to paying he said it was 8 bucks just for the 2 slices no drink. I said why is it 8 dollars when there's a walk in special . He said these are large slices the walk in is little slices . Ok but when I looked around there's no other slice sizes there's only one size. 8 dollars is nothing I just don't like getting scammed or hustled.
