This may sound petty, but I spent over 14k on a new high end oven which came with a free pizza stone. After 3 calls to the salesman and one to bobby dollar himself, with promises each time to send the thing out, the stove is now 8 mos old and I'm still baking my pizzas on a cookie sheet. We called to purchase a cooktop and through the conversation with Cuy, we discovered they had an ice maker we were looking for. I credit Cuy for listening and working to meet the needs of the customer. The sale went well, however the installer was unprofessional and charged a ridiculous amount for the install. He was an independent contractor and not a part of the store. However, Mr. Dollar and Cuy could not believe the install cost. They called us, apologized and made things right. You just don't see that in today's business. I commend Mr. Dollar and Cuy for caring enough and demonstrating professionalism. I would highly recommend this store! read more
