Even though my carpet was only a year old it needed some serious TLC. Two rooms in the home had much older carpeting while all the other rooms were a year old. When the owner arrived he instantly made the kids and I comfortable. He assessed the work with me and got straight to work. I was so comfortable with him the kids and I went and ran errands while he worked. He did pick on me saying that my new carpet did not look bad at all. (More on that later.) When we returned home I was 100% satisfied. EVERY room looked fresh and new. Low to no odor. No items were damaged or broken. The carpets looked better then I had hoped even the old (and I mean OLD) ones. He followed up with me that evening to make certain I was satisfied. After telling him I was very pleased he let me know that he was wrong. As everyone knows we have had a series of hail storms here lately. Well our roof was damaged to…read morethe point that my wife's and I home started to leak. That's when we started to ask around about a contractor that would be able to help us. We were looking to not only fix our damaged roof but up grade some things since our house was built in the 70's. That's when our search led us to Aimco. We discussed what my wife and I were wanting to do as far as fixing, upgrading and the pricing. Well after I had discussed the same things with other contractors. Aimco was the only contractor close to the price range that we had to work with. So after we had agreed on what we wanted done. I ended up having to change things multiple times. Everytime I did the response I got was " yep we can do that no problem ". I was expecting the price to jump up, or him say no and give me a reason why I couldn't make the changes. They always made it work out. They started and finished up exactly when they said they would. Mid way through they found some damage to the decking of the roof and explained what had happened and how they were going to fix it so it would not be an issue in the future. Whenever it was time to clean up the mess on the ground. One of the guys who had raked up the debris on the ground. Went out of his way and took the time to reorganize the patio blocks that my dog had dug up around. To say that these guys to pride in their work and wanted a satisfied customer is an understatement. My wife and I are so pleased with the quality and work that not only will we be advertising for them in the future, but any future projects are going to be done by Aimco. They have our business for life. Seriously thank you aimco for making the headache of a leaking roof go away.
