Here is the move day and now three almost four hours later no communication. I called , texted and emailed with no response. I then continued to call as i had things coming from one place where the person waited all day coming to another place where i had people waiting. On one of my several calls he then picks up telling me about a delay in the move. I am more than understanding however not saying anything, no confirmation the day of or much less watching hours go by and nothing. I stated he saw my texts and emails. MIND YOU HAS NOT RESPONDED TO NEITHER !!!. Stated he was wrapping up the move that was at 2:30 now being 5:41 all my calls have been ignored and have been hung up on several times with no answer. My husband and I are floored with what has happened so now i whole day wasted , time taken off of work and people waiting at a location for no reason. So he said I don't know what you're talking about but it's $200 an hour and told me that it wasn't him or it was someone else. I said your names right there on the quote. He still interested that it wasn't him and the quote was wrong. I said sir have a good day and I hung up. Now this is my first time actually using a moving company so this is why went on yelp to read reviews. I'm moving like quarter mile up the street from where I live now and the moving prices are expensive. I good a price from someone who not gonna rip me off.
