They were supposed to arrive at 8:00am, but due to traffic arrived at 8:30am. They brought their own dollies. Our apartment building has an elevator, but my apartment is a little ways from it. The movers took about 3 and 1/2 hours which I think they could have done it faster, but they did a good job in moving and packing the rental truck. None of the items were lost or damaged. In 2015 I was planning to move abroad. I rented out my house and put all the belongings that I was…read morekeeping in storage with Jones. I was led to believe that my furniture would be in its own little storage compartment and not get disturbed. The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.
