My issue is that my car now sounds like the love child of a lawnmower and dirt bike. I reported this to the gentleman and he insists that I caused the damage myself. He has refused to take any action to remedy the situation and hung up on me. Accidents happen, my car is a smart car and very small.. Not the kind of vehicle that folks deal with often, but to claim that I caused the damage by pulling off to the side of the road is next level insulting.

Normally I wouldn't say anything, however, this man is extremely rude and unprofessional. I know I will never call him up for help, don't care how cheap the price is!! Guy said they charge $250 just to hook it up. Outrageous! And then had the audacity to charge a $25 "Administrative Fee" on top of that. And of course, they only take cash despite advertising credit card acceptance. The cops called them when they found the car. We didn't choose them. I would never voluntarily call these people for anything and would advise you not to. Obviously, if they can take advantage of a situation - they do!
