Jerry of the service department is the best! Great help unloading and today loading my machine onto my little trailer. I was sort of expecting a proposal to trade/upgrade my old 4-wheeler today, since I had inquired about that last week. Guess I will have to wait and spend my money another day, haha. That said, when I get serious about buying something new(er), this is the first place I will go. I have always been treated right here with purchases and service in the past. I found Storm Lake Honda on CycleTrader and their pricing was good (although there were a few priced lower). However, the reviews for the couple of dealers with lower prices were all very poor. Lots of 1-2 star reviews. I knew from past experience, that those types of dealerships were not worth my time; and you cannot trust their advertised prices! When I looked at the reviews for Storm Lake Honda, there were lots of 4-5 star reviews and many positive comments. I called Storm Lake Honda and was connected with Nick. He answered my questions and told me the price was the advertised price plus the shipping fee they are charged by Honda. I told Nick I would think about it. Called Nick the next day and did the deal. He emailed me a purchase order for the agreed upon price. I made flight arrangements to fly into Des Moines and Nick arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived at the airport I waited for 2 minutes before the owner of Storm Lake Honda (Larry) picked me up. Larry then drove me to Storm Lake, IA. The next morning I met Nick at the dealership. I signed one piece of paper, which was a copy of the purchase order Nick had emailed me earlier, and I was on my way 15 minutes after I got to the dealership. The Gold Wing was great for the 1,400 mile ride home. I love the motorcycle and would happily travel to Storm Lake Honda in the future to purchase another motorcycle. John

Background: We were on our way from NW Iowa to Memphis for the Liberty Bowl on 12/28/2923. After…read moredriving about 60 miles our car's radiator "bit the dust." The plastic nipple that connects the coolant hose from the radiator to the engine block broke off spewing ethylene glycol everywhere under the hood. I immediately took out my phone and started looking for a repair shop in Storm Lake...the closest big town. I gave A&A Automotive a call and spoke with Gene. While on the phone, Gene check with several parts distributors close by. I was thinking, "Better get a room for a night or 2. Where are they going to find a radiator for a 2014 Subaru Outback nearby? Oh, and kiss those Liberty Bowl tickets goodbye!" Gene came back on the line an told me he found a radiator In Storm Lake! He gave me contact info for a towing outfit (props to Tyson at Storm Lake Towing!) The car was towed to A&A and 3 HOURS LATER we were back on the road! Amazing!!!! And, reasonably priced, too! Thanks to Gene, Nate and Adam at A&A Automotive for making a bad situation the best. BTW, made it to the game. Unfortunately the Clones lost. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
