After a good experience with our rental today, I figured I would write something nice, as well as…read morean honest review, to boost these guys' score up a bit, since all went well with our order. We rented an off road forklift to unload a heavy delivery load that was a bit too heavy to handle manually. Everything from order to delivery went great. We were able to order the forklift that same day and get it pick-up early the next day. Our forklift was delivered by Rent-All Rentals on a flatbed in the late afternoon and everything went as expected. At drop-off, an estimate was provided that clearly laid out the fees as an estimate based on a little over the length of rental time that we planned to use it for - which was probably presented that way so there wouldn't be any surprises. The forklift was in good condition and it was surprisingly a pretty heavy duty piece of equipment that saved us from moving a good 3,000 pounds individually, one-by-one, by hand, which would have been pretty exhausting. Furthermore, the area on dirt that we were trying to move the items to, required some distance over dirt, that only an off-road forklift would be able to handle. This off-road forklift we rented from Rent-All Rentals handled moving everything with ease. Upon the return of the forklift the following morning, our invoice was emailed to us with the time matching just the amount of time we needed it for - so we were not overcharged. There were some taxes and some fees added on that he had mentioned prior. We also paid for the delivery and pick-up - all pricing came out to what was quoted to us by phone. No huge surprises. Nothing broke. Overall, good experience.
