Schmidt put a roof on our home 6 yrs ago. About 4 years in had a bad leak in bathroom ceiling. (…read morenever leaked before) . I had them come out, couldn't find where it was leaking. II had another roofing company come out and found they had left several exposed nails, which rusted and then caused the leak. Two years ago we had a leak in our laundry room. Fixed that and today 4/6/2025 we have ANOTHER leak in laundry room. BEWARE!!!! About using this company. They did a crappy job. We should not be having leaks where we never did before.

Unless you have a full roof or siding job, I'd find another company to work with.
