Best trash service ever. Do they have the nicest trucks? No idea, I've never caught them in the act. They must be collecting trash in the dead of night, but for $30/mo I suspect it's just some guy in a clapped out Dodge Ram. Frontier will charge you 3x as much and refuse to pick up your trash because the can is 3" further from the road than their corporate office will allow. Bob will kick down your front door and take the trash out for you if you don't leave any weekly offerings at the curb. No trash is safe around Bob. read more

Great value. Trash always gets picked up when scheduled. When something unforeseen comes up (weather, call-ins, etc.) they schedule for the immediate day following. Been with them for 9 years. Very happy with service. read more

Poor customer service, poor communication and an uncaring staff and unwilling to correct problems with all the garbage service available look around before signing up with them you will thank yourself later for doing so. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Bob's for trash pickup!! I have used Bob's for several years after switching from another service. They always do a great job and are reliable and priced well. The office is always available or returns calls or messages quickly if I have a question. They are great at communicating when there are problems with weather or holiday interruptions. People expecting trash to magically be picked up when there is an interruption are unrealistic as it depends on the loads and the trips to the landfill. read more

Trucks leak oil and they have destroyed our cul-de-sac. If they decide to crush the trash while they are in front of your house, which they always do in our cul-de-sac, then you get all kinds of crap left behind in addition to the oil. Just canceled service today. Terrible. read more

I have read the reviews for the 1 off service but for contracted weekly service this "company" is unprofessional and unreliable. I have had service for years and finally had enough of this "company". I have an feeling they are running a daycare in this home business- very difficult to conduct business with babies on the phone. Hostile attitude and no customer service from whomever returns your call. Anyway, run don't walk - there are plenty of professional services out there that appreciate your business and loyalty. read more

Disappointing. No trash picked up again. They were quick to deposit my payment check but didn't do their job. If you want your trash picked , regularly, keep looking. This is not the company. read more
