They were also very reasonable with their cost. Another place I called was going to charge $60 PER repair. Precise Auto Glass charged $65 for the first chip and $10 for each subsequent chip. Since I had four chips to fix, that was a huge savings by comparison.

I called Safelite on Academy Blvd. and got an appointment made for repair to be done in my driveway. Then I found out insurance would cover the repair, so I called and let Safelite know. Every little thing went smoothly. Ryan, the repair technician came early today during the appointment allowance time and was super efficient. He even transferred my toll sticker and oil change sticker. I was really surprised! Ryan and Safelite are 10 out of 10 stars in my book.

From the driver's seat the noise seemed to be coming from the passenger side of the windshield. After finally navigating thru the AI and a call center the local manager called me. Manager assured me they had installed a soundproofing windshield. The invoice states a soundproofing windshield was installed. I told the manager that the noise in the cab was much higher. I asked if we could install an original OEM windshield. The manager was agreeable to crediting me the replacement windshield cost then ordering/installing an OEM windshield. I was willing to pay the higher cost of the OEM windshield to have a quiet cab. The manager said he would call to set up an appointment when the OEM windshield arrived. Call from the manager never came. Life happened and I pretty much forgot about it. I finally got tired enough of the increased cab noise that I scheduled an appointment with Phil Long Collision Center. They installed a Ford windshield today. The cab of my truck is now quiet again. The Phil Long technician who installed my windshield told me the reason for the increased cab noise was because the passenger side of the windshield was not attached. Clay W.

SO GREAT! My…read moredaughter's car was broken into. Smashed a rear passenger window. Called a couple of different companies - all very backed up due to recent hail damage. Spoke with Rhonda and she said if I could drop the car they would work to get it done the same day I called. Both Rhonda and the technicians worked well past the end of their normal work day to get the work done. While I understand they couldn't likely do that for everyone, I so appreciate their willingness to do that for us. I'm writing this as a witness to another customer's VERY terrible treatment by the manager of this…read moreestablishment. Today I went in for a simple rock chip repair. While I was waiting, another customer, Justin, was waiting on a replacement window on the rear passenger siden of his vehicle. The manager called Justin up to the counter and told him that they mistakenly ordered the wrong widow and explained no other place in town had it but they could get the correct widow tomorrow. For background, from what I heard in passing conversation between Justin and another customer in the waiting room, Justin is from out of town/state and is trying to get back home. Now, knowing all this, I need you to KNOW that Justin's tone and attitude was PLEASANT. Understandably, anyone would be pissed off, annoyed at the very least, but he was absolutely cool as a cucumber and simply asked if he could get a discount for the inconvenience. The manager, (older white lady, didn't catch her name) IMMEDIATELY gets an attitude with him and says "Well that's what I was going to offer you until you got an attitude". Justin was like, "whoa, I'm sorry, there was no attitude here, I'm simply asking a question because I'm trying to get home." She puts up her hand up at him and tells him that he needs to calm down. Me: *shocked Pikachu face* Me and the other gentleman in the waiting room are like, "Whoa, WTF is HER problem!?" She then escalated things further to the point where Justin is now genuinely and justifiably upset. Even then, he's not rude, he's not swearing, NOT EVEN yelling, raised his voice a little, because who wouldn't, but NOT yelling. This woman absolutely did this poor guy dirty, he did NOTHING wrong and witnessing the manager's crappy attitude, behavior and poor customer service skills was absolutely disgusting! Justin, if you see this, I'm SO sorry this happened to you, you did nothing wrong and I hope you make it home safely! To the manager at this store, you SUCK, YOU were wrong and I WILL be posting this review across every platform I'm on because YOUR behavior was appalling! 0/10 Do not recommend unless you enjoy dealing with a Karen manager who would rather escalate a situation than provide actual customer service and resolution for a screw up she caused.
