Michelle just sent me a non disclosure to get my deposit back. Too bad. I will not sign. And my credit card company will pull the funds back. Michelle is woefully inept. Hired them and had a thorough discussion about communication expectations. Larry and Michelle both promised exactly what I asked for which was simply just to respond within 36 hours to acknowledge receipt of an inquiry. I never asked for an immediate response. They agreed to be responsive, and promised I would only have to deal with one person directly. After committing and charging me fees, They immediately failed to meet expectations. Highly unprofessional if not unintelligent. I encourage you to read all seven reviews that were posted within the past 12 months. It's easy to manipulate ratings with friendly reviews. However, look at the ratio of star reviews to others. All of the reviews are concerning Ignoring inquiries. If they can't manage existing clients, we shouldn't give them more opportunities. read more
