Most of the staff were very helpful and it was clear that they really cared for you and your well being. I have to give major kudos to the nursing staff in particular. All were very attentive to my needs and were very good at lifting my spirits during the difficult process of withdrawing from alcohol. I would encourage anyone who knows they need help to get help in a detox program. It's a scary prospect, but dont let that stop you from getting help. I've only had this one detox, so I have no way to compare Boca Detox to other facilities, but I felt I was treated very well and I was as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances.

Right before my surgery on March 17, 2022, the house coordinator (Julian A. Miyares) texted me to let me know that their house was shot down and that I needed to find a new recovery house. No further explanation was given (refund of the 4-day stay still pending as of March 23, 2022). I only had a two-day window to find a place, and no funds available since Glamorous House did not offer a suitable replacement. Hotel booking and nurses were out of the question (hotel room and a 24-hour nurse cost $1,200.00 on average for a daily rate. I looked everywhere!) Other recovery houses average cost was $250-300 dollars per day and most were already booked on such a short notice and they required a 3-day stay minimum (I could not afford those many days since all my money was still tied up with Glamorous House). I finally received a call back from EOS and Cindy kindly listened to my story. They offered to work with me and booked me for a two-day stay (that was all I could afford!). The day of my surgery, Cristina was there at the clinic patiently waiting for them to release me (they made her wait for all that long, and she still had other ladies to go fetch from other facilities). When we finally made it to the recovery house, it was very late, and there was still the issue of my medicine. Cristina had to drive back to the pharmacy at a very late hour, and found out that my insurance was not covering my pain medication. At that point, I was in excruciating pain for several hours. Cristina was on the clock for more than 18 hours but decided to stay until the issue was resolved and brought the medication to me. I have no words to describe how much I appreciated her. She was a hero to me at that moment! I wish I had originally booked my stay with EOS. Their staff was well-trained and compassionate, ready to assist me. I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

I was would be given an allowance and be taken to a grocery store to buy my own groceries and then once I got on the premises, we were told we were not allowed offsite to go shopping whatsoever that food was purchased for us. The facility we were was full of cockroaches. The vans that they drove us around on were broken down and uncomfortable and could never fit everyone in them. i do NOT recommend this place to anyone who genuinely wants to be helped with recovery And is looking for counseling and therapy. I only saw my therapist once a week when I probably should've saw them once a day if not multiple times a day.

I've been in and out of rehabs for over a decade, never being able to put together more than 3 months of sober time. Today I have 20 months. The clinical team were able to call me out and refused to cosign my bullshit. Everyone was always honest, firm (to the point that I thought they were mean until I understood it was from a place of love and boundaries/ expectations being set). Abbie, my therapist, forced me to confront my traumas, the fact that even I was abusive in relationships during my addiction but always encouraged self love, forgiveness and that I now had the chance to become the woman I was always meant to be. She saw hope, positivity, strength and love within me, things I could never see (or imagine) in me. Even the administrative team were hands on. Anny, Frank and Joanie know all the clients by name, their personal details and actually interact with clients on a day-to-day basis. So many rehabs claim to have an open door policy, but hardly ever follow through, that's not the case with PRC. There is hardly ever a closed office door. If you feel hopeless, that you've tried everything there is to try, that you're one of those "constitutionally incapable of being honest with themselves or others", please please give yourself a chance by coming to PRC.
