After being told several times that someone would tell their colleague to come serve us. We can see the staff from here ignoring us, laissez-faire. And we saw the main host walk out. Update: Order finally taken after a good 30-40 minutes. We chose to order dessert with savory due to the slow service. And the dessert crepe showed up right away on the dirty table with no utensils. And then they walked off. The kid's crepe shows up without salad. We say something. They take it away and bring it back with salad. Then she finds a MAGGOT on it and can't eat anymore. I am so grossed out.

If you are lucky to be in Hamburg during nice weather, request outdoor seating. The ambiance is excellent. I enjoyed the crepe nordic. Fresh salmon with a lovely touch of lemon and creme fresh. The servers were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The prices were reasonable and the crepe selection was ample. I'll look forward to returning when I am back in Hamburg

Galettes were super small, considering the price ... we had originally intended to also order crepes, but the wait times made us skip. Service made us go inside to pay, and then couldn't figure out how their own system worked. It was a little painful to watch, and there was zero acknowledgment that this experience was a mess for people just wanting to eat a galette. We had a Canadian guest with us, who I think never quite understood why we had to deal with all this, in a restaurant... We literally god some frozen pizza on our way home because we left hungry...

Then we chose a "Robert" galette and a "René" - with a hearty dose of raclette cheese oozing out of it!! It tasted just right, delicious, authentic and respectful of the products. And to top it all off, the salted butter caramel crepe definitely won us over. Will come again for sure!
