They explained the fees and made sure any questions were answered. Again explaining everything before proceeding. A week later she broke off a bracket and was scared to go in. They could see her fear and explained what they were going to do and reassured her broken brackets happen. They have an awesome reward program to encourage good oral hygiene. I'd definitely recommend this orthodontist, especially if you have a scared child. Dr. Hoff loves to talk sports too, which I love!

This office is efficient,clean, personable and very kid friendly. When you interact with each employee there is a general sense that they all like their job. The upbeat work atmosphere is not surprising given that Dr Diehl is one of the most kind and committed dentists you could ask for. Education for new patients and families is top notch. Each question or concern was anticipated and take home laminated pamphlets provided in a " introduction" sling backpack; which was also filled with other supplies. In addition they have a take what you need drawer filled with items to ensure ongoing braces cleanliness and health. Of course my son was fixated on the animated movie, and subsequently was totally distracted and calm for the initial brace fitting. When he first glanced around nervously I could tell the ability to see other kids relaxed in a non threatening open lay out set him at ease in a way that was physically visible to me. I do believe that every facet of care is considered and provided for beautifully. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.
