We were staying in town for a couple of days while we are on a pretty long RV trip and this planet…read morefitness was convenient for us. While it is a smaller location and super busy, we were both able to get in our workouts. This is one of the planet fitness locations that still has a 30 minute circuit, which quite honestly we didn't see too many people using that particular room. Most locations have turned that room into additional floor mat space as well as lift benches. If I lived here, that would be a huge suggestion that could be made to this particular facility. There is literally very, very little floor space to do any type of mat work as well as the weight benches were incredibly busy. The staff were super friendly and do a great job keeping the place clean as well as the black card benefits for the Hydro massage was awesome to be able to use. It is funny that this location is right next to a Cheech and Chong's dispensary, lol. We appreciate planet fitness so we can stay fit while on the road. No pics as it was just too busy during both of our sessions (weekday morning 9a ish)

You are required to go in to cancel your membership. In person. No other way to cancel. I went a few times and it was never comfortable. Took awhile once for the people behind the counter to even notice me. Several machines I wanted to use were out of order but there was no sign on them. I just gave up early the last time I was there after the 5th machine, 3rd type of machine I went to wasn't working. The treadmills were not working at all. Disappointing overall.

My…read moredog came home with sores around his neck from a choke collar with claws that Lisa used on him.... My dog wasn't bad enough for that choke collar to even have been used on him !! She tried to tell me the sores were probably an allergic reaction to something ! Now after 4 days of being home he has yellowish oooz coming from one of the sores !!! My dog came home broken and horribly sad after doing a 2 week board and train with this so called certified trainer. He learned absolutely nothing !! I paid them $1200.00 to train him in specific areas and since Lisa did not see the problem with them so she did not focus on what I had told her I needed help with.... He learned absolutely nothing ! So basically I paid for my dog to be boarded and abused... Do not use them for any services they offer !!

This afternoon we experienced our first puppy training class for our brand new Dachshund puppy. The trainer, Sarah, worked with us individually and learned about our household, the challenges we are currently facing with our puppy, and then showed us some amazing techniques that matched what we have been reading about and watching on YouTube. By the end of the puppy training, we had our new little guy sitting, laying down, and doing much better on a harness and leash. She made some great product and behavior recommendations for us, and pointed us in the right direction of some amazing products that are going to make our life easier and the puppies life more happy. Kudos to the store, and Sarah! We are looking forward to going back and leveraging her expertise in a six week course of puppy training classes. This place is like the Apple Store for little pets!

Looking around I noticed a horrific sight, there was an ungodly amount of mold growing in both food dishes of the hermit crab terrariums. not just a little mold, but it looked as it if it had been growing for weeks. there were pieces of dead crabs all over the tank. The sight of it made me sick. No animal no matter how small should never have to experience such awful mistreatment and suffer to death the way they have. The manager said they would clean it up, but I have little faith that they will implement the close care that any of their animals deserve. I will never shop or purchase anything at this petsmart, the sight i saw was truly animal abuse, and as an animal lover and collector, and former pet store employee, I was truly disappointed in how the situation was handled. I filed a complaint with corporate and am waiting to hear back from the district manager.

This husband and wife team make promises and starved, neglected a bladder infection in…read morea puppy until it was urinating blood and even then had to be shown, and sent back all my dogs infested with ghiardia. They never fulfilled any show title but insisted on payment many weeks in advance. My female shepherd lost 20 lbs in there care and they did not notice.(I sent 4 large bags of food for 8 weeks). She also had a bullseye tick bite even though many boxes of Advantix2 was sent. They lured me into sending my male shepherd with promises of titles and 5 months and 28 bags of dog food later I have nothing to show but a skinny dog. My puppy went for 3 weeks while I had surgery because again they promised to maintain the same level of training I was doing(I had alternate places to send her but he insisted that he would do right by me). My puppy left confident and happy and came home skinny, scared and out of control, just what you want after hip surgery. Many of my dogs personal supplies were destroyed by their dogs with promises to replace. They took advantage of my trust and generosity and worst of all they broke my heart to think of what my dogs went thru. I have supportive emails and texts of everything stated. I did not want to write this but I felt that I would be remiss not to warn others.

You build a relationship with your dog based on trust and respect and that is priceless and it will pay itself off over and over again as this will stick with you and every dog you have for the rest of your life. They have extensive knowledge of positive reinforcement, diet and other important canine subjects. There is plenty of individualized, one on one attention for you and your unique pup in a fun and educational setting. They have experience dog training all around the globe and the love for these awesome creatures surpasses language. Whether you want your dog to be a working dog or a furry couch potato I would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully the word gets out more, they deserve it!

So I asked if there was anyway I could get in for just the night (for 2 hours!) because I had called earlier to make sure this wouldn't happen and was turned down for that as well.
