The therapy is either in group (Any mention of slightly-dangerous thoughts or feelings is forbidden) or with a similarly ill-tempered and crude therapist (They have two in total!). Equine therapy is an hour and a half of walking around a thirty foot dust-filled pen with 1,000 pound horses which always seem to be upset. County psych wards have nicer staff.
