I'm interested in scheduling counseling, but I can only attend during the weekend. I'm also looking to use my health insurance (Aetna and Anthem)?

Hi, Amy! I offer weekends (Saturdays) but am not paneled with insurance. If you'd like to chat more about the options you have in selecting a provider, please schedule a consultation via my website. Be well!

    What are your rates?

Hi, Allan! My rates are varied based on the depth of support you're looking for. I have options for everyone + offer scholarships for fully free support. (Ex: live weekly groups are $27/month). I believe strongly in rate transparency - if you're… Read more

Do you only do virtual counseling?

Hi, Wendie. I offer virtual, in-person or a combination. Whichever you prefer I'm happy to accommodate.

One day, I reached out and was connected with Tess Zeito. Our first call was serendipitous - I knew at the end of the 30 minutes that we were meant to work together and meet. I started with the 8 weeks plan with the option to extend. I am finishing up my 8 weeks and I put in the work and stayed committed to working with Tess every week. I feel transformed, empowered and have so much clarity. I trusted the process and now am going to extend my time with Tess as there is more ground to cover, especially around professional development. I am so glad Tess is my life coach. She helped me transform and get out of a fear loop that was holding me back. I am beyond grateful to Tess. Thank you.

She provides great tools and insight in all facets of my life in such a short amount of time (6 months). Before meeting Leah, I was lost and confused with my career, love life, and self worth. She helped nourish a certain part of me that I was always reluctant to feel and had a hard time in trusting in myself. She also empowered me to make the necessary changes and gave me the right tools to tackle all that problems that hindered my personal growth. She is extremely intuitive and empathetic in her methods of coaching and it made our sessions highly productive. I cannot thank her enough for the development and progress that I have made for the last six months. I highly recommend her to anyone that is having problems in any aspects of their life and are willing to change for the better. She has been a true blessing to my life and I am forever grateful for her.

As insanely nervous as I was at our first session, her compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. Dana is very warm and approachable, making it easy to open up! Dana took the time to understand how I think, helping me gain awareness of my feelings and providing me with numerous techniques to counter negative and intrusive thoughts. When something wasn't working for me, she offered new approaches and worked to understand my viewpoint. I now have a toolkit of strategies to manage my mental health more effectively. If you're looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and can make a real difference in your life, I highly recommend Dana. I had a lot of anxiety at that time as well, and I really feel that with working with her helped me get through it. I've been going to her ever since, and though my recent move makes that more difficult, I've been continuing to reach out for guidance, advice, and to talk things through when I'm having trouble navigating something. Dana is incredibly kind, understanding, and empathetic and generally a wonderful person, but she has an incredible way of connecting to work through things in a way that feels natural and right to you. In every difficult situation I've gone to her through, she has always helped me lead the way in figuring out what feels best for me in my life. There was a point where I had difficulties in my relationships with my dad, and she suggested a joint session, and my dad still, two years later, talks about how wonderful she was. I'm certain that she connects just as well with everyone she works with, all manner of different people, because it's just who she is and how good at her job she is. If you're looking for coaching that's more self-guided so you can develop effective tools, goals, and strategies through difficult situations, or even just advice and support through your every day life, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dana. She's worked with me through different moves, schools, relationships, friendships, and I feel like I've come through it all a much more confident person, better able to navigate it all.

I reached back a year later to fix a session. She didn't mention it again on the phone or explicit stated there is a high chance that she might have to cancel last minute to prepare me. She fixed a date then cancelled the day before and then I fixed another date a month later then she cancelled again the day before. This gave me feelings of being dismissed, not valued, not taken seriously, not considered important. All the things I am trying to get help with from a reiki practioner and life coach. I also had to have my husband take care of my child to do this with her. I also had to take time off work to be there during work hours. These things matter to me too. I didn't think this was a professional thing to do. And more importantly she never said I might have to cancel due to my husband's work hours or made that very clear. I don't recommend this service because of last minute cancellations.

What stood out most was how natural and comfortable it felt--like talking story with a long-time friend or family member. He set a tone that made us look beyond ourselves, towards an us. He challenged us to imagine the relationship we wanted while helping us never lose sight of reality as it is. He was also skilled at helping us pivot when the connection was severing and communication was getting derailed by one of our more dysfunctional patterns. In those moments, he would interrupt the process and guide us to feel deeper down. Here we'd often uncover what was driving the seemingly intractable issues we faced. In his sessions, he made sure all paths led back to the love we had for each other. He had an uncanny ability to discern when we were speaking from our heads not our hearts. When conversations devolved into tit for tat or some lower rung on the communication food chain, Justin would be a step ahead and steer us towards a more loving, honest space. I can remember times when he would allow things to play out to their own dead end, and then work with us to find a path back to compassion and love for each other. And a few times, when it would get too heavily charged, Justin would guide us to use mindfulness practices or breathing exercises to regroup. Justin has all the skills a couples' counselor needs to help a couple, and he is very thorough and dedicated to his work. In counsel with Justin, you get the feeling you're working with someone who is hard at work doing their life's work.
