I normally have extremely tight shoulders and neck muscles, which only got worse since attending dental school. I originally came in for an acute neck/shoulder pain that left me immobilized about a year ago. Even though I tried to make a last minute appointment, he tried to squeeze me into his schedule as soon as possible, which happened to be within 15mins of my call. He was able to effectively identify the problem and provide treatment that allowed for me to be mobile and regain range of motion again. He also gave me at home exercises to do at home on my own and even checked up to see how I was doing the day after my appointment, which showed how much he geninuely cares. Ever since then, I've dropped in a couple times when I've had neck or shoulder flareups, and I really appreciate how he tries to treat the source of the problem and doesn't try to sell me. I've been to other chiropractors in the past, and I can confidently say that he is very knowledgable and skilled with what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Scheduling was pretty easy as while they get busy at time, there's never more than like 3 patients at a time. Never had an issue with any of the receptionist or staff in general; on the contrary, everyone was very friendly Shara and Katie are awesome. Easy to understand, very friendly and also very funny. The quirkiness definitely helps as there's no way around the exercises sucking to a degree, however even though they were smart and patient in how they changed things up over time so I could 'graduate'. Ended up being able to fix my issue without surgery in just a few weeks. Hope to never have to do PT again, but cannot recommend these guys more highly.

They always treated me with respect and were eager to help me with my chronic headaches. The front desk staff as well are superb--they are kind, caring and work hard to make sure all clients needs are met including reminder calls, working out billing issues etc. The office Manager is fantastic as well-she always was in a good mood and kept me updated if the Chiropractors were running late etc. They try to fit as many appointments as possible into every hr so often there could be a bit of a wait when you get into one of the rooms and they are a bit rushed to have your treatment completed. Unfortunately, the extensive amounts of appointments and money spent did not help my headaches in the end. I went for multiple months and at first 4 days/week for a while, then 3 days and eventually twice a week. I also was paying out of pocket until I met my insurance deductible as well. I suffer from a rare type of headache disorder which does not respond well to Chiropractic Care it seems and perhaps made it worse--I have been going regularly to Physical Therapy and that has given me some relief. Just understand that Chiropractic care will not help EVERYONE, and they do extensive testing to try to design a care plan for you but it is not guaranteed to help in the end...I am glad I gave it a shot however.

When the baby was breach, Dr. Vargas is who I credit with getting the baby's head down. I continued seeing Dr. Vargas after giving birth. She has had a remarkable impact on how I feel, especially considering the stress on my back from breastfeeding and the physical demands of taking care of my infant and my toddler. With her expertise and gentle adjustments, she has been able to alleviate my back pain and provide relief to my tired muscles. Something important to me is her attentiveness to my individual needs. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailors her treatments accordingly. It has truly made a difference in my overall well-being. She addresses the physical aspects of my discomfort and provides valuable advice on posture, exercises, and self-care practices to promote long-term health.
