She promised me this would not be a problem. As you can see from the attached picture it was not the case. They sent me for a massage 30 minutes after the pedicure and they left my feet out to dry. This is STILL the result. Normally I'd just go back, but my wedding is in 2 days and you're an hour away! My toes look horrible and smudged. The massage was pretty good but she didn't work on my lower back as I asked. If she had it would have been a very good massage. My back was actually still sore when I left. Facial was OK (but she was SO kind and caring). Unfortunately she left exfoliating cream all over my neck. I was wiping it off all the way home. And my face felt so oily (I don't have oily skin). The staff were all INCREDIBLY nice and it was a VERY clean facility. The staff was absolutely the best part of the experience but I'm so so so disappointed that my toes look like this for my wedding. I should just redo them myself since it's another 60 bucks to redo them somewhere else. And within a couple days of my wedding is a huge stress. For $210 a person before the tip for the 3 services (plus a jacuzzi bathtub stint) this left me a little disappointed.

Emily put a full set of lashes on my eyes when salons opened after lock down. I didn't know that this was a special one time price. Fast forward, Emily filled in my lashes several times and they were awesome every single time. I ended up having to quarantine with different family members a few times due to COVID and missed having my lashes filled in. By the time, I could come back I needed another full set but Emily wasn't available. They booked me with someone else and I didn't even ask what the price was. I just assumed it would be the same or close. Nope, when it came time to check out I was told it would be $145. I spoke at length with Jason and maybe he was having a bad day but he basically told me that they had plenty of business. He did end up giving me $15 off and I left. When I got home I was surprised when I really looked at my lashes and saw what a shoddy job had been done on them. I was disappointed but just decided to let it go. Less than a week later almost every (much more expensive) lash was gone. I paid a lot more for my second set of lashes here and they were a complete waste of money and I, too am a small business owner. If you do decide to use this salon for lashes, ask for Emily and just wait until she has an opening. She is great and takes her time to make sure you leave happy. They are lucky to have her. I hate that I can't go back to her but I can't support this business again. Jason answered my review on Google but never tried to contact me so I had no idea that they would try to fix the shoddy lash job. I had barely any lashes left (they were not very full to begin with but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings) in just a few days. I actually had friends ask me why I hadn't gotten my lashes done because everyone had gotten used to how great they looked. I never one time had this problem when Emily did my lashes.
