They came at 7:30am to drop off and set up, then back by 7:30 to load and take away. I don't know why or how I have not used them in the past, but I will 100% use again and again. I have 4 kids and they enjoyed the Jump house and the HUGE 19' slide so much; they were on the darn things from the time they were set up to them taking them down. The company is very well priced and soooooo easy to work with. Alot of the communication was on text, which for me, a busy mom of 4 kids who owns a business was amazing. They also sent a text to let us know when they were coming for delivery and pick up. Wonderful experience all around. Thank you!
