Her confirmed arrival time was 8:00 AM, but she later acted as though she thought I had said 9:00 AM, despite us confirming 8:00 AM beforehand. She had even shown up on time the week before--on the wrong day, so there was no confusion about the arrival time. She also admitted that she prioritized another customer's order before ours. This was a $300 setup, and being left waiting while another event was put first was completely unacceptable. She also brought the wrong balloon colors. I specifically requested white, neutral beige, clear, and other soft neutral tones, but instead she brought peach/flesh-colored balloons that looked nothing like what I ordered. After only about 40 minutes of a rushed, poorly executed setup, she left to "go to work," leaving my sister and me to finish everything ourselves with only one hour before our guests arrived. We ordered a champagne balloon arch, but she installed it backwards on the wall and used hooks that damaged the paint in our Airbnb. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $300 for a professional setup and instead ended up scrambling to finish the decorations myself while also dealing with damage to the rental property.
