I went in for a tanning session & asked to use the restroom while i filled out the paper & the lady says they dont have one. How do you not have a restroom at a business where customers will have to be there for a minimum of 20 minutes? & where do you use the bathroom ma'am? I work at a tanning salon and have worked at different ones since I was 18. I came here today because I was staying overnight in the area and needed a spray. i called before hand and a girl answered - very nice and helpful. I went in and she was cleaning the booth for me, very knowledgeable - and accommodating. I believe her name was nicole, i went last night 6/1/22. Amazing customer service, she was sooo sweet and personable, the most important asset to a tanning salon is nice workers. I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area again ! If you're looking for a good custom airbrush this is not the place to go, random people do the sprays with very little or no experience. "The owner promised a customer a certain very experience airbrush technician on request by the customer. Come to find out this woman does not work there anymore and hadn't worked there for quite some time but was told she was on vacation and would be back in a week or so I feel like this was total bait and switch.. thinking I was booking with the person I was Spray Tanned by previously and then somebody else was there in her place so perhaps I would be forced to then let someone I did not know do the spray tan. I'm so glad I caught onto this."Before booking any Custom airbrush ask questions and get references and referrals don't let just anybody do your spray tan! "Then when I inquired and did ask questions the girl I think her name was Mary who answered the phone the second time I called got mad and hung up on me not very good customer service at all!!" I made an appointment to get a spray tan about two weeks ago. The salon called me twice this past week to confirm my appointment for 10. I showed up at 10 on the dot and the woman who was supposed to do my spray tan hadn't come in yet. The woman who was at the front desk told me to take a seat and she would be in shortly. 10:15 rolls around and the woman at the front desk texts the woman and asks where she is...no reply. A few minutes goes by and she decides to call the woman- the woman told her that she wasn't going to be in until 11:15 and asked if I could wait...mind you my appt was for 10. The woman at the front desk told me that the appt was even written down in their calendar for 10. Unfortunately, I could not wait any longer as I had other prior commitments. I live about 20 minutes from this salon- it came highly recommended by some of my friends and even from my future in laws. I made sure to plan my appt in advance to ensure someone would be available to spray me the the day before my engagement party which is tomorrow. Now, I am left without a spray tan for my engagement party- I am so upset! As I left,the woman at the front desk did run out after me to tell me that the next time I come in, my spray tan would be on the house- I unfortunately will not be back in fear that this will happen again! read more

AMAZING PLACE FOR A SPRAY TAN!!! My spray tan tech was Mary. She was very friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She also told me that if I had any issues after my rinse to give her a call and she can fix it. Most places tell you oh well you left your issue. Not Mary from Body Bronze!!! The tanning salon is the best I have been to , get great color from all the beds . It's so clean , the lotions are great . Nicole is absolutely amazing and the definition of what customer service truly is , she always goes above and beyond , makes me very appreciated . visited 4/19/18 4:30pm So this wasnt my first choice to go to. I went to another tanning salon first to get some lotion, but they were out of lotion, and body bronze was the next closest. I walked in and the girl, nicole I think, was busy but still managed to greet me, and get me started looking for what I needed. she was very friendly and informative answering all my questions. she also let me try one of their beds to see how I like it compared to the ones I use at the gym. bed was great, and lotion they sold me worked amazingly, and smelt awesome. little did I know a lil ride to just grab something quick turned into such a nice experience. definitely made a new customer!! thanks body bronze read more

BEWARE..I would give this place a negative 5 if I could. I made an appointment last night for a spray tan, had a medical emergency, so didn't show. I got a call from MIKE and he called me an f'n jerk off and said to the airbrush person that he will never take an appt again without a credit card # because of jerk offs like me. I am mortified, all of this while on the phone. I called back to and he hung up on me. What a horrible experience. I will share this everywhere and to everyone I can. read more

Love love this tanning salon! Clean salon, the bulbs are changed regularly and all of the lotions they sell are discounted when you turn your bottle in. The owner is very nice as are all the girls that work there. They leave cute little candies and eyewear on your towel for you too in all of the rooms. read more

I've been here several times for a spray tan and and was always happy with the end result. The reason for the 3 stars is availability of the tech that does the spray tans. She's only available on Thursday in the evening and that doesn't always work for me especially since the time slots fill up quickly. read more

One of the worst spray tan experiences I've had. Walked in at I got there at 7:50 for my 8pm appointment and was told to take a seat. I was never told at any point (or acknowledged for that matter) that they were running behind and was taken at 8:25. Spray tan room is in full view of front door/windows so when the sprayer came in I had to duck in the corner to not expose myself to anyone walking in front of the building or in the waiting area. Although the girl who did the spray tan was very nice it was so splotchy and she missed a lot of spots. Very disappointing. I won't be going again. read more

Body Bronze is a highly professional but reasonably-priced tanning salon. I went there for an airbrush tan, and the technician did a very good job. I had never had an airbrush tan before, and was a bit concerned about what I had to do, but the operator made the entire process very easy. The tan is the exact color that I wanted, and is not uneven or blotchy. Furthermore, Body Bronze is a bit less expensive than many other tanning salons in New Jersey. I have been here for a spray tan a few times. The technician does a good job. Rushed, but a good outcome. The hard part is scheduling. Limited hours are offered, including no weekends. I try to call a week before my desired time, and the receptionist does not have the technicians schedule. When calling back a few days before, they are booked. Ugh! I called to ask for prices and was told they weren't quoted over the phone. I found it odd that their website also didn't have a price list. ive had several people at my gym tell me they go here but everyone seems to pay a different amount i thought maybe it was based on levels but i think its more based on the person and who they know or dont know I used to go to a salon near Menlo but they closed and they were very forthcoming about their prices and specials and i am trying to find a comparable one but if they make up prices depending on the day or person how could I or anyone see where they stand next to others in the area. Also it says free tans on sun and then next to it says free upgrades so why wouldnt your free tan be whatever level is best for you? does anyone know the pricing for a session here? or what the fine print is about the free tanning i know there has to be a catch i hear this place is very expensive but i wouldnt know since i cant get a straight answer on pricing read more
