This salon is wonderful , I usually see Hayley and Samantha and you honestly can't go wrong with both stylist. I've been going to them since they worked at Vitto Mazza in Woodbridge and I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years now. Samantha has awesome balayage techniques and I love Hayley for highlights and she knows how to make my curly , frizzy hair pin straight just the way I like it! They're both amazing and I will always go to them for my hair. They are professional and friendly staff and I also love the owner Stefanie she is so sweet and always makes me feel welcomed to the salon. They usually offer a cup of coffe and a cookie and who can say no to that! It's always a wonderful experience and I can't imagine a better place to go. After waiting two months for an appt because of a recommendation i finally went to stefanie ( the owner) for color and cut. Not only did i show her a picture of the haircut i was looking for ( a short bob) but she didn't listen and cut my hair into a completely different style ( as seen in the attached photos). The back was completely uneven and choppy which was noticed by my family since she never showed me the back of my hair after the cut. It appeared that others in the salon even noticed what she had done wrong. I have yet to hear from the salon via the phone and would like a full refund. I would never recommend this salon or experience to anyone. I am extremely disappointed. read more

I came here to dye my hair from blonde to ginger and it was my first time ever dying my hair. I was honestly nervous. The hair stylist (Sam) was so nice. She explained to me the whole process and the price before starting. She processed my hair 3 times until it was the exact shade I wanted. She made sure that I was happy with the color and cut. I've never had a salon/ stylist want be to so certain that I was really happy with the outcome. I came back a week later for a glaze (with stylist Alexa). It was a pleasure experience from the hair washed to the end of the job till the moment that I went to pay and the price was 50% more than what they had told me over the phone when I booked. I was totally shocked. I'm glad I had extra money with me or otherwise I'm not sure how would that worked out. As much as I really enjoyed the experience, I won't be a returning costumer. read more

I have been losing a lot of hair lately so I decided to cut my hair in hopes to grow out new healthy hair. Sam was very understanding and very patient with me. We looked at pictures of what I wanted and she cut my hair slowly since I was nervous about going so short. She used a Tea Tree shampoo and gave me some tips on what I can do to keep my hair healthy. This salon was recommended to me by a friend who got her hair cut and colored there and loved it. I had just gotten a pretty wonky haircut at another salon and was getting frustrated with trying to make the best of it so I called Bella Rococo's on a Saturday hoping for a same day appointment. Lucky for me I was able to get an appointment that day with Tiffany. The salon is very pretty and clean, the staff is polite and attentive and the prices are extremely reasonable. It was a real pleasure meeting Tiffany. Not only was she sweet and kind but she talked me through my current haircut making me feel like she really understood what I didn't like about it and what options were on the table for me.
